Civil Society Coordinating Group Meeting 2025

The Civil Society Coordinating Group for the GFF (CSCG) convened more than 60 CSO and youth delegates, from 26 GFF partner countries in Dakar on 8–9 November, marking a decade of GFF impact and the launch of its 2026–2030 Strategy. The workshop strengthened technical capacity on GFF country engagement, deepened understanding of country platforms, and set unified priorities for advocacy and accountability. 
 
The workshop delivered four major outcomes: a strong commitment to inclusion by institutionalizing CSO and youth engagement across investment case cycles; enhanced transparency and accountability through calls for public dashboards and improved budget tracking tools; clear pathways for youth leadership, ensuring representation and evidence generation; and a focus on sustainability, emphasizing domestic resource mobilization and local innovation.
