Stephen Hodgins

Dr. Stephen Hodgins joined Save the Children in January 2013. He has been involved in global health in a variety of roles dating back to 1982.  He is a family physician/ epidemiologist, with a doctoral degree in health behavior. Dr. Hodgins trained at McGill University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His work focuses on MNCH primary health care program development, effective implementation at scale, operations research and performance monitoring and management. Dr. Hodgins has worked in Nepal and Zambia and has provided support in assessment and program development in Togo, DRC, Liberia and Ethiopia (he has also lived in Ghana and India).
