Details
This assessment took into account all levels of health care delivery, all stakeholders, and all aspects related to maternal, newborn, and child health (SRMNIA-N) and served to develop a comprehensive situational analysis for the formulation of the 2024–2030 Integrated Strategic Plan for SRMNIA-N.
Thus, this plan aims to contribute to improving the health of mothers, newborns, children, and adolescents/youth, and to address the challenges identified in the evaluation of the previous plan. Its development process was participatory, inclusive, and iterative at every stage.
In fact, meetings and consultations were held throughout the country with all departments and services of the Ministry of Health and Population (MSHP), health professional associations, members of parliament, other ministerial sectors, the Prime Minister’s Office, the private sector, civil society, stakeholders at the central, regional, and operational levels, as well as technical and financial partners (TFPs).
