Insufficient progress on RMNCAH-N and traditional sources of financing do not close the gap to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) targets for mortality reduction and for the Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Globally, RMNCAH-N public and private domestic financing far exceeds external resources. This investment case is therefore a country-led innovation for mobilizing additional resources and getting greater impact from existing resources for RMNCAH-N.
