GFF-CIVIC Platform Launches Call for Expressions of Interest
The GFF-CIVIC Platform — led by the Global Financing Facility (GFF) and the World Bank's CIVIC: The Civil Society and Social Innovation Alliance — is launching a new call for expressions of interest (EOIs) to support civil society and youth-led engagement in reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health and nutrition (RMNCAH-N).
The call for EOIs invites consortia of civil society organizations (CSOs) and youth-led groups across two pillars (click to see the terms of reference for each):
- PILLAR 1: Strengthening Civil Society Engagement and Community Voice for Domestic Resource Mobilization—Supports coalitions and organizations to influence health financing priorities through policy dialogue, budget tracking, upstream engagement, and alignment with national plans and World Bank operations.
- PILLAR 2: Scaling Community-Led Solutions for Adolescent Health and Nutrition—Enables civil society and youth-led organizations to scale locally proven, community-based innovations by supporting their integration into national health systems and service delivery platforms improving adolescent access, equity, and outcomes.
Note: The organization that will serve as the lead consortium partner should complete an application for one of the pillars on behalf of the consortium.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, AUGUST 22, 2025 BY 6:00 P.M. EASTERN (ET).
