This Investment Framework aims to serve as a basic instrument to address the key determinants of child and maternal mortality, and focuses on identified priorities and alignment of both public and private financing for a more efficient health sector. This reflects the strong commitment of the state to better identify the problems of the health system in order to find appropriate solutions.
