IDA Project Appraisal Document on a Proposed Credit & a Proposed Grant from the GFF Trust Fund to People's Republic of Bangladesh to support Transforming Secondary Education for Results Project

The scope of the proposed World Bank Program for Results will be to support the subset of the Government’s Secondary Education Development Program. The World Bank operation is clustered around three Secondary Education Development Program results areas under the Program for Results component (US$500 million from IDA) and a separate Technical Assistance Facility (US$20 million) using the IPF instrument (US$10 million from IDA and US$10 from the GFF). The GFF financing would support the program objective that is part of the overall harmonized secondary education program built on country-driven partnership.
