Improving the survival chances and quality of life of women, newborns, and children remains an urgent global challenge. Preventing maternal and child deaths is possible, but sustained investments are needed to reach every woman and child. Together, the global community will reinvigorate momentum to prevent maternal and child deaths at this global event co-convened by USAID, UNICEF, and the Governments of India, Senegal, and the United Kingdom.
